Snow Removal
Ski season is here, and we are hoping for a ton of snow! In preparation for significant snowfall, please review the snow removal procedures.
Snow removal priority list:
- Main roadways
- Parking areas
- Common area pathways
- Stairways into condos
- Private driveways
Please note that the Association is not responsible for clearing entries into townhomes and single-family homes. It is a good idea for all homeowners to have salt and a shovel available, as well.
