POOL INFORMATION

Pool Rules

1. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – Anyone using the pool and pool area does so at his or her own risk and sole responsibility.
2. The pool may only be entered through the designated entrances. Climbing over the wall or fence is not permitted.  If any HOA Member or their guest violates this rule, the pool access to that unit will be terminated and the card keys deactivated.
3. Members must use a card key to access and exit pools.  There will be a $100.00 charge for replacement card keys.
4. Card keys will be deactivated and entry will be denied if a Unit Owner is not in good standing with Association (i.e., fees are delinquent or the Unit is in violation of the governing documents).  Unit Owners must allow five (5) business days upon full payment of delinquent fees before privileges will be restored and reactivation of the card key.  Representatives of the HOA will not discuss the reasons for deactivated card keys with anyone other than the Unit Owner of record.  Please do not send your guests and/or tenants into the management office to discuss these issues.
5. Homeowners who allow unauthorized users or homeowners not in good standing (and members or guests of that Unit) access to the pool or the use of their pool card key shall lose their pool privileges for the season.  Any violation of this rule is subject to immediate loss of pool privileges.  Homeowners may provide the card key to guests and renters of their Units for use of the amenities.
6. No more than six (6) guests per household on weekends (Friday to Sunday) and holidays and an adult resident of the community must accompany guests at all times.
7. Children under the age of fourteen (14) MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult, eighteen (18) years or older.
8. Children under five (5) years of age may NOT use the hot tub.  Individuals with medical conditions and/or pregnant women should consult their physicians before using the hot tub.
9. Use of the hot tub should be limited to ten (10) minutes at a time to allow for a cooling off period.
10. The hot tubs should not be used by persons under the influence of alcohol and/or medication that causes drowsiness.
11. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS allowed in the pool area. Any violation of this rule is subject to immediate loss of pool privileges.
12. No street clothes or disposable diapers are allowed in the pool or hot tub.  Standard swimwear must be worn while swimming in the pools or using the hot tub.  Standard swimwear must be worn at all times and should be appropriate for a family environment.
13. No running, jumping, or excessive noise is permitted. Common etiquette and courtesy to other HOA Members and guests using the pool is expected.
14. No smoking, vaping or chewing tobacco of any kind, or the use of illegal drugs, shall be permitted.
15. No outdoor tents, canopies or other temporary structures shall be permitted.
16. No disrespectfulness of property or persons.
17. Please be considerate of others by limiting use of play equipment in the pool during heavy usage time.
18. No large rafts or flotation devices shall be allowed in the pool at any time.  Balls, toys, small baby floats and noodles are allowed but may be prohibited at the HOA’s discretion based on the number of people in the pool.
19. Bikes, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, and roller blades are not permitted in the pool area, on tennis courts or on basketball courts.
20. No glass containers are allowed in pool area.  Any violation of this rule is subject to immediate loss of pool privileges.
21. All persons shall take a cleansing shower before using the pool and/or hot tub.
22. Persons with open wounds (exposed sub-epidermal tissue) such as blisters and cuts or infections or any contagious disease MAY NOT ENTER THE POOL OR HOT TUB.
23. The HOA is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.  Any individual that leaves their personal belongings unattended is deemed to have abandoned said property and it will be discarded.
24. The HOA is not responsible for accidents, or injuries.  All HOA Members and guests use the pool at his or her own risk.
25. When able to safely do so, residents are asked to attempt to mediate perceived violations of the pool rules to ensure safe enjoyment for all.
26. There shall be no parking in front of pool access gates.
27. Close table umbrellas when you leave the pool in the event of high winds.
28. Hours of operation are posted for the season. No person is permitted within the pool enclosure except during regular pool hours.  Anyone entering the pool or pool area outside of the pool hours of operation is trespassing. If any HOA Member or their guest violates this rule, the pool access to that unit will immediately be terminated and the card keys deactivated for the season.
29. No saving or reserving pool furniture.   All furniture shall be used on a first come first served basis.  If you leave personal belongings unattended for the purpose of reserving pool furniture, they will be discarded.
30. Residents are not permitted to use any of the electrical outlets or equipment at the pool area.
31. There shall be no soliciting at the pool or any other common area of the HOA.
32. Rules for use of the Pool are posted in the Pool area. Residents and their Guests are expected to promptly obey all instructions of the Pool Attendant/Security/Management. Refusal to do so, as well as defiance or disrespect toward a Pool Attendant/Security/Management, will result in immediate expulsion from the pool area, as well as possible revocation of amenity access privileges.
33. THIS POOL IS RESERVED FOR The Villages at Seven Springs RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS ONLY. IF YOU DON’T LIVE IN The Villages or ARE NOT A GUEST OF AN AUTHORIZED RESIDENT, YOU ARE TRESPASSING AND CAN BE PROSECUTED.
34. Except as otherwise set forth herein, ANYONE not following rules while at the pool may be given a verbal warning, and then asked to leave the pool for the day if such behavior continues.  Serious violations, as the discretion of the Board, and/or repeated violations may result in the suspension of the pool privileges for the remainder of the season, and/or levying of fines against the Unit Owner.

THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE RULES LISTED WILL BE DETERMINED BY MANAGEMENT AND/OR BOARD MEMBERS. RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING THE SUMMER TO MAINTAIN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT.
