Pool Information
The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Pool Rules
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – Anyone using the pool and pool area does so at his or her own risk and sole responsibility.
- If a Unit Owner is not in good standing with Association (i.e., fees are delinquent or the Unit is in violation of the governing documents), the card keys will be deactivated and entry will be denied. Unit Owners must allow 5 business days upon full payment of dues for reactivation of card keys.
- The HOA pool gate must be kept closed at all times and guests are required to close the gate immediately upon entrance and exit to the pool enclosure.
- Homeowners who allow non-homeowners or homeowners not in good standing (and members or guests of that Unit) access to the pool or the use of their pool card key shall lose their pool privileges.
- No more than six (6) guests per household on weekends and holidays and an adult resident of the community must accompany guests at all times.
- Children under the age of fourteen (14) MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult, eighteen (18) years or older.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PETS allowed in the pool area. Any violation of this rule is subject to loss of pool privileges.
- No street clothes or disposable diapers are allowed in the pool. Standard swimwear must be worn while swimming in the pools. Standard swimwear must be worn at all times and should be appropriate for a family environment.
- No running, jumping, or excessive noise is permitted. Common etiquette and courtesy to other HOA Members and guests using the pool is expected.
- No smoking of any kind or the use of illegal drugs shall be permitted.
- No disrespectfulness of property or persons. Please be considerate of play equipment in the pool during heavy usage time.
- No large rafts or flotation devices shall be allowed in the pool. Balls, toys, small baby floats and noodles may be allowed, at the pool attendant on duty’s discretion, based on the number of people in the pool.
- Bikes, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, and roller blades cannot be ridden in the pool area, on tennis courts or on basketball courts and must be safely stored so as not to create a hazard.
- No glass containers are allowed in pool area. Any violation of this rule is subject to loss of pool privileges.
- All persons shall take a cleansing shower before using the pool.
- Persons with open wounds (exposed sub-epidermal tissue) such as blisters and cuts or infections or any contagious disease MAY NOT ENTER THE POOL.
- The association is not responsible for lost or stolen articles, accidents, or injuries. All HOA Members and guests use the pool at his or her own risk.
- Members must use card key to access and exit pools. There will be a $100.00 charge for replacement card keys.
- Residents are asked to attempt to mediate perceived violations of the pool rules to ensure safe enjoyment for all.
- The pool may only be entered through the designated entrances. Climbing over the wall or fence is not permitted. If any HOA Member or their guest violates this rule, the pool access to that unit will be terminated and the card keys deactivated.
- No parking in front of pool access gates.
- Close table umbrellas when you leave the pool in the event of high winds.
- Hours of operation are posted for the season. No person is permitted within the pool enclosure except during regular pool hours. Anyone entering the pool or pool area outside of the pool hours of operation is trespassing. If any HOA Member or their guest violates this rule, the pool access to that unit will be terminated and the card keys deactivated.
- No saving or reserving pool furniture. All furniture shall be used on a first come first served basis.
- Rules for use of the Pool are posted in the Pool area. Residents and their Guests are expected to promptly obey all instructions of the Pool Attendant/Security/Management. Refusal to do so, as well as defiance or disrespect toward a Pool Attendant/Security/Management, will result in immediate expulsion from the pool area, as well as possible revocation of amenity access privileges.
- THIS POOL IS RESERVED FOR The Villages at Seven Springs RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS ONLY. IF YOU DON’T LIVE IN The Villages AND ARE NOT A GUEST OF AN AUTHORIZED RESIDENT, YOU ARE TRESPASSING AND CAN BE PROSECUTED.
- Except as otherwise set forth herein, ANYONE not following rules while at the pool will be given warnings as follows:

- 1st Offense – verbal warning
- 2nd Offense – asked to leave the pool for the day
- Further violations could result in suspension of pools for remainder of season.
THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE RULES LISTED WILL BE DETERMINED BY MANAGEMENT AND/OR BOARD MEMBERS. RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING THE SUMMER TO MAINTAIN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT.

Pool Card Key Access
The Villages at Seven Springs, Inc. has implemented a card key access system at the SunRidge and WoodRidge pools. All Unit Owners that wish to use the pools must register in advance and two (2) card keys will be issued to each Unit. You must contact the Omni Office to register for pool usage prior to being able to use the pools. If you fail to register prior to the opening of the pools system, the Omni Office will not always be in a position to handle such requests immediately, and you should make sure to register well in advance of the intended date of use. No Unit Owners or their guests shall be permitted to use the pool until the Unit Owner has registered and signed this Waiver and Registration Form.
Please note that the card keys may be picked up Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
